  4:00 AM – 2:30 PM (First Shift, Monday–Friday)

• Run screw machines and related equipment safely, efficiently, and consistently.
• Inspect parts as they’re made to ensure they meet quality and size standards.
• Make basic adjustments and troubleshoot issues to keep machines running.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to check part accuracy.
• Follow blueprints and work instructions (training provided).
• Assist with setting up machines when needed.
• Complete simple paperwork to track production and quality.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies.
• Pitch in with other tasks to help your team meet goals.

• Comfortable working with machines and tools.
• Ability to read instructions and follow directions.
• Good with numbers and measurements.
• Focused on doing the job right the first time.
• Familiar with precision tools (or willing to learn).
• Attention to detail and pride in your work.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  No prior machine operation experience required – we’ll train you.
• Willingness to follow directions and ask questions when unsure.
• Must pass a blueprint reading test and a mechanical aptitude test.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
  • Required to stand for extended periods.
  • Must be able to push/pull objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent bending and stooping required.
  • Must have the dexterity to handle small objects.
  • Must be able to work in noisy environments.
• Proficiency in equipment troubleshooting, CNC tooling, CNC machine repair, CNC machine installation, and machine setups for production runs.
