Job Details
  • Position Type: Full‑Time, Hourly (Non‑Exempt)
  • Pay Rate: $19.50/hour + $2.50/hour shift differential
  • Location: Mundelein, Illinois (Onsite)
  • Shift

    Hours:

    2:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Second Shift, Monday–Friday). Training will take place on First Shift for approximately 4–6 weeks. Training hours are 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
  • Run screw machines and related equipment in a safe, efficient, and consistent manner.
  • Inspect parts as they’re made to ensure they meet quality and size standards.
  • Make basic adjustments and troubleshoot issues to keep machines running.
  • Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to check part accuracy.
  • Follow blueprints and work instructions (we’ll train you).
  • Assist with setting up machines when needed.
  • Complete simple paperwork to track production and quality.
  • Keep your work area clean and organized.
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies.
  • Pitch in with other tasks to help your team meet goals.

  • Familiar with precision tools (or willing to learn)
  • Attention to detail and pride in your work
Qualifications (Required)
  • Education:

    High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience:

    No prior machine operation experience required – we’ll train you.
  • Willingness to follow directions and ask questions when unsure
  • Must pass a blueprint reading test and a mechanical aptitude test
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
  • Required to stand for extended periods.
  • Must be able to push/pull objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent bending and stooping required.
  • Must have the dexterity to handle small objects.
  • Must be able to work in noisy environments.
