Larsen Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead and execute mechanical, electrical, and HVAC maintenance activities in a high-paced manufacturing environment. This is a working manager role responsible for maintaining facility operations, supervising maintenance activities, and ensuring uptime of all plant systems.

• Troubleshoot, rewire, and repair motors, lighting systems, and basic 110V/220V electrical components
• Perform routine mechanical maintenance, including belt replacements on motors and drive systems
• Replace and manage HVAC filters (including 56 rooftop units), chillers, and air compressor filters
• Maintain inventory and organization of tools, parts, and the facility tool cage
• Support emergency repairs and maintenance needs during the week and on-call for night shifts (Monday–Friday)
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times and maintain detailed maintenance records
• Lead by example through hands-on execution of maintenance tasks while coordinating team support when needed

• Proven electrical experience (including rewiring motors and troubleshooting circuits)
• Proficiency in mechanical maintenance (belt and filter replacements)
• Must have own tools and demonstrate ability to work independently
• Available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) when required
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and climb up to 18 feet
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing tools and maintenance areas
• Comfortable working 10-hour days and being on-call as needed

• Prior experience as a maintenance technician or maintenance lead in a manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, compressors, chillers, and general facility maintenance
