Overview

Medical Assistant position supporting our healthcare team in clinics. Location options include Gurnee, Mundelein, Northbrook, Oakbrook.

Schedule:

Full-time, hours typically 7:30am-5:30pm, Monday–Friday. Base pay range: $21.00/hr - $24.00/hr, depending on experience and qualifications.

As a Medical Assistant
, you will assist physicians during medical procedures, manage patient interactions, and help maintain a welcoming clinic environment to support efficient workflow.

• Compensation: $21-$24/hr based on experience and qualifications

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a comfortable experience
• Prepare examination rooms and assist with medical procedures as directed
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and managing patient records
• Maintain a clean and organized medical environment, ensuring equipment is sterilized and in working order
• Educate patients on medication instructions and post-procedure care
• Support the medical team with additional tasks as required

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required
• 1-2 years of experience as a medical assistant or in a similar role, preferred
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
