Description
The Reconciliation Manager is responsible for leading balance sheet integrity and overseeing subledger-to-general ledger governance across multiple operating entities. This role plays a key part in driving an efficient five-day month-end close while ensuring financial accuracy and consistency within a multi-entity environment utilizing Infor M3 ERP and Trintech reconciliation automation tools. The ideal candidate brings a strong process orientation, exceptional attention to detail, and experience managing structured close processes in a manufacturing or distribution organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES- Own the monthly balance sheet reconciliation process across all FSC Group entities
- Manage AR, AP, inventory, fixed assets, intercompany, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure subledger-to-GL integrity within Infor M3
- Lead and administer account reconciliation workflows within Trintech (Adra or similar)
- Drive resolution of reconciling items within 30 days
- Implement standardized reconciliation templates and certification controls
- Support audit readiness and documentation requirements
- Partner with G/L Manager and Reporting Manager to ensure clean close handoffs
- Develop reconciliation KPIs and exception reporting dashboards
- Manage a staff of 2-3 accountants

- Advanced Excel Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior Management experience preferred
- Direct experience with Trintech (Adra or related reconciliation platforms)
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Strong understanding of subledger-to-GL integration
- Strong understanding of inventory valuation reconciliation
- Strong understanding of intercompany eliminations
- Strong understanding of accrual accounting and cutoff discipline
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, talk or hear, and use hands to handle or touch objects or controls.
- The employee is regularly required to stand or walk.
- On occasion, the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend, or reach above the shoulders.
- The employee must occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
