Bus Driver - Multiple Openings

Pay starts at $25.75/hr, effective 7/1/2025.

School Bus Drivers shall receive an attendance bonus of $800 per school year for perfect attendance from the first day to the last day of the school year.

• First day thru September 30th: $100.00 (Payment Date: Jan 15th)
• October 1st thru October 31st: $100.00 (Payment Date: Jan 15th)
• November 1st thru November 30th: $100.00 (Payment Date: Jan 15th)
• December 1st thru January 15th: $100.00 (Payment Date: April 15th)
• January 15th thru February 28th: $100.00 (Payment Date: April 15th)
• March 1st thru March 31st: $100.00 (Payment Date: June 30th)
• April 1st thru April 30th: $100.00 (Payment Date: June 30th)
• May 1st thru End of the year: $100.00 (Payment Date: June 30th)

• No Sick Time used, including FMLA sick days.
• Attendance at all mandatory meetings.
• Arrive on time for all scheduled routes.
• No unpaid time off.
• Absence due to personal days, work‑related injury or jury duty does not count against perfect attendance.
