• Answer and direct phone calls with a positive, customer-first attitude
• Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers and internal staff
• Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document organization
• Support scheduling, job coordination, and team communications
• Deliver materials or documents to job sites as needed
• Assist managers and field teams with day-to-day operational needs
• Serve as a dependable point of contact for office-related support tasks
• Represent the company with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Reliable and flexible; a self-starter with a willingness to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer functions
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
