** Job Overview
** Woodlawns Landscape is seeking a Business Developer to drive new commercial growth, with a primary focus on winning new annual maintenance agreements. This is a senior individual contributor role for a self-directed, highly collaborative growth leader who balances day-to-day prospecting with strategic account development and partnership building.
** What You’ll Do
*** Own new annual maintenance revenue and new logo acquisition.
* Build and manage a strong commercial pipeline.
* Prospect and hunt while also developing strategic accounts and partnerships.
* Partner closely with Account Managers and Operations on handoffs and execution readiness.
* Support growth of new service lines and verticals.
* Maintain disciplined CRM and forecasting in Pipedrive.
* Represent Woodlawns in the market and build strong industry relationships.
** What We’re Looking For
*** 5–8+ years of commercial business development or sales experience.
* Proven success carrying and delivering new revenue targets.
* Strong prospecting, closing, and relationship-building skills.
* Highly collaborative, team-first mindset.
* Organized, self-directed, and disciplined in CRM.
* Experience in commercial landscaping or similar service industry preferred.
