Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is hiring a Plumbing Service & Sales Technician in Muncie, IN. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who can diagnose issues, perform quality service work, and confidently present repair and replacement options to homeowners.

• Diagnose, repair, and service residential plumbing systems
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on water heaters, softeners, fixtures, and piping systems
• Provide clear repair and replacement options to homeowners
• Prepare accurate quotes for service and installation work
• Offer financing options when appropriate
• Use company-provided tools to document and manage service calls
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service, as required
• Represent Summers with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset

• Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate solutions and close service-related sales
• Valid Indiana driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented attitude

Plumbing license preferred (or currently pursuing licensure).

• Pay Range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year (performance-based earnings)
• Hourly base pay + commission + SPIF opportunities
