Greenhouse Specialist (Agriculture)

Wasson is looking for a Greenhouse Specialist who takes pride in plant health and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our greenhouse thriving.
This role is perfect for someone who loves plants, enjoys routine with purpose, and doesn't mind getting a little dirty in the process.
Responsibilities- Caring for plants in our greenhouses, including watering, spacing, pruning, and general plant health.
- Monitoring growing conditions and reporting issues before they become problems.
- Assisting with planting, transplanting, and seasonal changeovers.
- Keeping greenhouse areas clean, organized, and efficient.
- Working with the team to ensure plants are healthy, ready, and beautiful for our customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
