Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 4 PM - 12:30 AM (Saturdays as needed)

What It Takes

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior die-casting experience preferred
• 1+ year of heavy manufacturing experience
• Ability to work in hot production environments
• Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs. and standing for the entire shift

What You Will Do On the Floor

• Follow written and verbal instructions to produce product components accurately
• Inspect products for quality using measuring tools and visual checks
• Adjust, repair, or replace defective parts using basic hand tools
• Record production data in computer systems or on paper
• Maintain production flow according to schedules
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including quality, efficiency, and scrap reduction
• Keep work area and equipment clean while following all safety procedures
