We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manger to fill a Direct Hire position with our client in Delaware County. The starting salary is $60k to $70k dependent on experience.

Job Description
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve high performance results.
  • Maintain and build client base through sales calls and other means of communication.
  • Prioritize work load and use of available resources.
  • Analyze competitor sales tactics and growth strategies.
  • Monitor and regularly report on goal progress.
  • Plan, budget, monitor and control expenditures in area of responsibility.
Qualifications

Requirements
:

  • Past work in any of the following industries - Engineering, Testing, Evaluation Services, Quality Assurance or Laboratory.
  • Experience in managing complex business relationships.
  • Ability to gain a strong understanding of the company operations in order to exceed customer needs and expectations.
  • Develop oral and written communications such as performance reviews, presentations, employee training and leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that foster open upward and downward communication built on mutual respect.
  • Availability, flexibility and maturity to represent the company at a broad range of events in the community.
  • Travel which may include overnight.

Additional Experience
:

  • Demonstrated success in writing business and sales plans.
  • Actual experience with managing complex and sensitive issues.
  • Knowledge of how to determine pricing for services.
  • Proficient in standard office software and computer systems.
