ResponsibilitiesThe Assistant Chief Clinical Officer (ACCO), a Registered Nurse (RN), serves on the Administrative Team of our facilities and participates in decision-making, policy determination, and planning and operations of the hospital. The ACCO supports the management of all nursing education practices, quality, risk management, and performance improvement. The ACCO must have knowledge of current theoretical approaches to delivering nursing care and strategies for examining and applying relevant concepts and current leadership, management, and performance improvement concepts, and must participate in developing and implementing strategies to address opportunities for improving nursing care.

Job Requirements- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Indiana Registered Nurse Licensure.
- Demonstrated leadership and management ability with a minimum of two to four years’ experience in nursing administration.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic computer knowledge.
