Roles and ResponsibilitiesProvides physical therapy services to restore function, reduce pain, and prevent disability following disease or injury and assists patients in reaching maximum performance levels. Provides all components of direct patient care including supervision of physical therapist assistants, support personnel, and students. Willingly participates in related activities in support of patient care, education, and department operations.
This location is a multi‑discipline specialty center that offers PT, OT, and SLP services. Aquatic therapy, pelvic floor rehabilitation, lymphedema, neuro rehabilitation, orthopedics, and vestibular rehabilitation are among the services offered here. There is a large team of therapists in this facility with many opportunities to learn from colleagues.
Experience treating orthopedic and/or neurological conditions is preferred but not required. Willing to consider individuals for part‑time roles instead of full time if they are a good fit for the team.

- Adaptable to fast‑paced settings
- Requires a Doctoral Degree from an accredited academic program in physical therapy or a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in physical therapy prior to 2016. If foreign trained, graduation from a physical therapy education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA.
- Requires current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana.
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
