What you’ll do and what you’ll bring:Position Function: Organize, coordinate, and provide administrative and secretarial support for the assigned Directors of Development; communicate with major donors, organizations, and university offices; maintain and update confidential information.
Duties/Responsibilities:- Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of two years of education and related experience in secretarial science, office administration, or related field, or two years of related experience in secretarial science, office administration, or related field.
- One year of secretarial, office, or related experience.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Additional administrative or database experience.
- Efficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Prior Ball State experience.
- Experience working with clients or donor relations.
