• You support the implementation and maintenance of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Operational Resilience across Allane Mobility Group.
• You assist in IT and Cyber Risk Management, including risk assessments, incident reporting, monitoring, and oversight of 1st Line activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective risk governance.
• You conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA).
• You help develop and update Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), including response and recovery actions, communication plans, and return-to-business-as-usual measures.
• You assist in monitoring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., MaRisk, DORA, BAIT and etc.), and support audits by providing requested evidence, as well as contributing to BCM-related trainings.

• You hold a degree in (Business) Economics or have completed a comparable qualification.
• You have initial practical experience in emergency or risk management, ideally within a financial services institution, a consulting firm, or an audit company.
• You are familiar with regulatory frameworks such as MaRisk, BAIS and DORA, and you are motivated to actively contribute to their implementation and compliance.
• You enjoy working independently, are proactive, and well‑organized.
• You have a broad, cross‑functional mindset, enjoy exchanging ideas with others, and prefer working in a team over working alone; you communicate confidently in English, the main company language – knowledge of German is a plus.
