24, and I’m looking for a
Senior Revenue Operations Manager (f/m/x) to help me and the leadership team build the operating backbone of our revenue engine.

To do that, we need someone who can turn fragmented data into insight, complexity into structure, and strategy into repeatable execution.
This is a mission‑critical role, reporting directly to me, with a real mandate to shape how we let Marketing, Sales, Pricing and Product operate as one cohesive growth system.

YOUR MISSION
As
Senior Revenue Operations Manager (f/m/x), you are the analytical authority for revenue performance. You own how revenue is measured, understood and steered — with the mandate to challenge assumptions, influence decisions and create clarity across the funnel.
You will:

  • Build deep visibility into how demand flows through Marketing, Sales and digital booking journeys
  • Turn fragmented, imperfect data into clear commercial insight that directly informs leadership decisions
  • Define and scale the Revenue Operations backbone, creating clarity around data, processes, metrics and ownership
  • Own CRM data logic and analytical foundations (Hub Spot or similar), including attribution, data models and data quality
  • Translate insights into clear actions and recommendations for Marketing, Sales and leadership
  • Enable confident performance steering through dashboards, deep‑dive analyses and ROI assessments
  • Establish a single, trusted revenue performance narrative across teams
What we expect from you

I’m looking for someone who is analytical, structured and impact‑driven, with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity.
Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years in a highly analytical Revenue Operations, Growth Analytics or similar role
  • Proven experience improving funnels and conversion end‑to‑end (B2B, B2C or hybrid)
  • Strong hands‑on analytical skills (SQL, advanced Excel, BI tools) and experience with Big Query
  • Hands‑on CRM experience (Hub Spot or similar strongly preferred)
  • Experience using automation tools (e.g. n8n)
  • Deep understanding of KPIs, attribution logic and cohort analysis
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate insights clearly
  • Fluent in English;
    German or French are strong pluses
