Stellenbeschreibung
Stellenbezeichnung: Senior Partner Manager - DACH Sales · Munich Office ·

About the Role & Team

Formalize is building the leading European platform for Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). As part of our next growth phase, we are strengthening our partner‑led go‑to‑market strategy in the DACH region. We are looking for a Senior Partner Manager to build, structure, and scale an enterprise‑grade advisory and audit partner ecosystem. This role is critical to our success in Germany and will focus on senior partnerships with audit firms, advisory consultancies, legal and compliance specialists, and selected boutique partners.

You will work closely with partner‑ and director‑level stakeholders on the partner side, and with Sales, Product, and Leadership internally, to drive pipeline, credibility, and long‑term strategic alignment in a highly regulated market. This is not a transactional channel role—it is a strategic, revenue‑relevant, and senior partnerships position.

What you will do Strategic Partner Development
  • Build and own Formalize’s strategic partner ecosystem in the DACH region.

  • Establish and maintain executive‑level relationships with partner, director, and practice lead stakeholders.

  • Position Formalize as a credible, audit‑grade GRC infrastructure platform within partner offerings.

Go‑to‑Market & Revenue Impact
  • Design and execute structured partner motions across new partner acquisition, onboarding, enablement and success.

  • Own and contribute to partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced pipeline targets in close alignment with Sales leadership.

  • Support complex enterprise deals by coordinating partners, internal stakeholders, and commercial frameworks.

Enablement & Market Feedback
  • Enable partners with clear, structured messaging around NIS2, DORA, HinSchG, ISO 27001, GDPR and others.

  • Deliver partner education and enablement with a focus on practical use cases and audit relevance.

  • Act as the internal voice of the partner ecosystem.

Governance & Execution
  • Negotiate and manage partnership relationships with clear expectations, governance, success metrics and running structured MBRs.

  • Ensure alignment, follow‑through, and accountability across long‑term partnerships.

  • Work independently while collaborating closely across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership.

What you bring
  • 6+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or enterprise business development.

  • It’s a plus if you have experience within B2B SaaS Advisory, audit, compliance, cybersecurity, or regulated industries.

  • Proven experience working with enterprise advisory or audit partners (Big‑4 or equivalent strongly preferred).

  • Strong understanding of compliance, risk, audit, and regulatory buying centers.

  • Ability to navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise environments.

  • Commercial mindset with experience owning or materially influencing revenue outcomes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.

  • High degree of structure, reliability, and follow‑through.

  • Native‑level German and professional fluency in English.

  • Based in Munich or willing to work regularly from the Munich office and meet partners on‑site.

What do we offer you?
  • A key strategic role in a fast‑growing European SaaS company.

  • Direct impact on how Formalize scales in one of Europe’s most important GRC markets.

  • High levels of autonomy, trust, and ownership.

  • Close collaboration with senior leadership and international teams.

  • Competitive compensation and benefits.

  • A professional, ambitious, and collaborative culture.

Our recruitment process
  • Send your application and upload relevant information.

  • 30 minutes online interview with our Talent Acquisition team.

  • 45‑60 minutes online interview with our Country Director DACH.

  • Completion of Personality Assessment & Case Presentation.

  • 60 minutes in‑person final interview with our Country Director DACH and CCO.
