• Conduct in-depth analyses using Looker and Excel to understand and interpret operational OKRs.
• Provide consultancy and support to local operations teams with data-driven insights.
• Regularly engage with management and actively contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
• Prepare clear and concise reports for upper management; present findings in meetings and highlight relevant points to respective departments.
• Interpret OKRs to identify root causes of operational issues in German cities.
• Support the daily business with a hands‑on, solution‑oriented approach.
• Support in Courier Onboardings from time to time.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• A hands‑on mentality and proactive approach to challenges.
• Fluent English skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex insights effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in SQL
• Looker/Snowflake experience
