. In this role, you will act as a trusted strategic partner responsible for enabling leadership effectiveness across operational, strategic, and stakeholder‑facing domains. You will ensure seamless execution of executive priorities, safeguard decision flow, and act as a central coordination hub across internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
Take ownership of the C‑Level’s priorities and daily agenda ensuring maximum focus on strategic topics and high‑impact decisions.
Prepare and structure meetings end to end: set agendas, compile briefings, document outcomes, and consistently track follow‑ups.
Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional and discreet communication at all times.
Plan and manage complex international travel planning, logistics, and scheduling with precision and foresight.
Anticipate needs, remove friction, and proactively improve executive workflows to increase efficiency and clarity.
Act as a trusted gatekeeper, ensuring focus, confidentiality, and clarity in fast‑paced environments.
2–3 years professional experience supporting C‑level Executives as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Proven experience supporting Senior Executives in a fast‑paced, high‑performance and high‑trust environment.
Ability to manage multiple high‑stakes priorities simultaneously while staying calm under pressure.
Highly organized and structured, with excellent prioritization skills in dynamic situations.
Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders across government, military, and industry.
You handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
You think ahead and act proactively, anticipating needs before they arise.
Proficiency in English. German knowledge is beneficial.
Work directly with top leadership on mission‑critical topics shaping European security.
Work in a fast‑paced, international team where your contributions truly matter and your impact is immediate.
