Required
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in regional or international B2B sales, preferably within hospitality or tourism.
- Strong experience in key account and prospect account management.
- A solid understanding of corporate, group, long-stay, MICE, leisure, and transient segments.
- The ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- An analytical mindset with experience in market analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting.
- The ability to identify revenue opportunities and optimize customer performance.
- Experience executing sales activities within defined budgets and activity plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
- Fluency in English;
German is an advantage. - Willingness to travel within the assigned sales region.
What You ll Be Doing:
- Actively engage in sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key and prospect accounts across the assigned region to increase room nights and total revenue.
- Prepare and implement strategic sales plans for each key and prospect account, including objectives, targets, and activities.
- Conduct quarterly reviews with top accounts, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze MICE, leisure, and transient market trends to support targeted account penetration and increased production.
- Prepare sales and market reports within agreed timelines and formats.
- Implement and execute the regional sales strategy in cooperation with management and sales teams.
- Deliver planned sales activities and events in line with the approved activity calendar and budget.
- Share key account and market information with colleagues across the organization.
- Support on-property sales teams in achieving individual hotel revenue goals.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and continuous optimization of customer revenue performance.
