We are Volkswagen Group Info Service AG, the central interface to mobility data by multiple Volkswagen Group brands. As an independent legal entity, the VW Group Info Services AG is the creator and home of the Data Hub. With insights from various data sources, VW Group Info Services AG shapes services and products, and thus lays the foundation for the commercial data business generating new revenue streams through licensing of data products.

This position is with Volkswagen Group Info Services AG (GIS). However, you would initially be assigned to GIS through an internal secondment within the Group and transferred internally for this purpose. Afterwards, you could decide to change your employer and join Volkswagen Group Info Services AG (GIS) directly.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Build, manage and nurture long‑term relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor to drive mutual growth and align GIS solutions with client needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle across new and existing accounts, identifying opportunities, negotiating value propositions and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
  • Translate customer needs and market trends into actionable input for Product, Marketing and Strategy to enhance customer‑centric offerings
  • Develop tailored account and product roadmaps, driving upsell, cross‑sell and expansion initiatives to increase product adoption and revenue
  • Ensure structured, scalable account coverage and support continuous improvement of sales processes and digital transformation initiatives
  • Coordinate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing and Legal teams to ensure seamless delivery, renewals and sustained customer satisfaction
  • Steer and support regional sales teams to ensure consistent commercial performance, goal achievement and process adherence
WHO YOU ARE
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets with strong result orientation and measurable success in value‑based selling
  • Strong strategic mindset with a focus on sustainable business development and long‑term customer growth
  • Excellent acquisition skills with a hunter mentality, complemented by a structured and strategic sales approach
  • Relationship‑driven personality with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to key accounts
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling clear customer engagement, effective negotiation, and strong cross‑functional alignment
  • High process discipline, transparency in sales management, and strong analytical thinking
  • Experience in managing the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, negotiation, and pipeline management
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans, including upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion initiatives
  • Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and the ability to translate insights into actionable input for Product, Marketing, and Strategy
  • Skilled in coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders (Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal) to ensure seamless delivery and high customer satisfaction
  • Experience supporting or steering regional sales teams, ensuring consistent commercial performance and adherence to processes
