As a Sales Manager Governmental (m/f/d), you will be a significant key function of our Sales Team and be the first contact point for our team, clients and stakeholders. With our world‑class team, currently 4 team members, you will play a pivotal role in pushing the boundaries of drone technology.
You will work closely with stakeholders from Marketing, Product Management, Production and Supply Chain Management to drive revenue growth within the government sector. With developing and executing sales strategies, you will support Quantum Systems in its mission to become the benchmark for aerial data collection solutions with unmanned aerial systems (sUAV).
Day‑to‑day mission- Identify and target potential government clients to promote our products and services.
- Build strategic alliances in the Governmental/Defense sector for an ideal placing of our product portfolio within key stakeholders.
- Business development and acquisition:
Continuous research for new prospects through country analysis and the network of contacts. - Build and maintain network and sourcing organizations (B2G) in assigned markets.
- Key account management and support of customers in specific regions.
- Day‑to‑day sales operations such as maintaining CRM and developing proposals.
- Creation of product‑specific marketing materials in cooperation with the marketing department.
- First contact point for all sales‑related questions from customers within the field of profession.
- Active market and competition monitoring.
- Planning and conducting relevant sales‑promoting events e.g., flight demo.
- 3+ years experience in the governmental sector (e.g., military, police, international organizations, NATO) preferably in sales.
- Proven negotiation skills with defense contractors and governmental procurement entities.
- Ability to master RFI and RFP responses and compose a competitive proposal.
- Ambitious desire to win a deal and drive the sales pipeline.
- Ability to organize and lead customer events, hold presentations, and represent the company.
- Fluent English and German, preferably also French or Spanish.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Existing network within the European/international defense procurement community.
