* The Role:

** We are looking for a Strategic Account Executive to support the long-term management and growth of the brand in selected strategic and influential wholesale partners within the HOKA ecosystem in the DE  this role you will role model strategic account management techniques and optimize sell-out performance of the HOKA brand while aligning to the National/Regional Strategic plan.

Fluency in German and English is a requirement for this role.

We are looking for a candidate able and willing to travel Nationwide and Internationally as required.
** Your Impact:
*** Build strong relationships with Senior Business Partners of selected Strategic and Influential Accounts.
* Negotiate commercial terms agreements to underpin long-term strategic partnerships.
* Be accountable for all aspects of the brand/partner relationship while managing responsible colleagues to deliver specialist tasks/activations.
* Deliver outstanding consumer experiences through Strategic/Influential Wholesale partners.
* Plan and present new seasonal collections.
* Provide commercial data and insights from Strategic/Influential partners
* Accountable for the order books of your Wholesale partners, incl. forward orders, re-orders, phasing, ROS analysis.

*** Previous experience working with a broad mix of pure players, omnichannel retailers or strategic accounts
* Understanding of the Running, Sports and Outdoor industry
* Previous management of a large sales book
* Full, clean drivers license
* Ability to travel Nationwide and Internationally as required
* Fluency in German and English language (both written and verbal communication)
* Proficient in Microsoft applications
