Your mission
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Sales Development Representative DACH (m/f/d) to join our growing sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be the engine of our growth, identifying high-potential business opportunities and building the foundation for long-term customer relationships.
If you are a high energy communicator, you will turn cold prospects into warm opportunities, play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving our revenue goals.
As Sales Development Representative DACH (m/f/d), you will grow as a sales person and you will develop the basis for a career in sales, such as Account Executive, Account Manager or as a Sales Development Leader.

Qualification:
You act as the first point of contact for prospects. You will qualify leads provided from the Marketing Team using frameworks like MEDDIC. Your goal is to convert them into valuable opportunities for your Account Executive - Outbound Excellence: You identify and engage high-potential accounts through a multi-channel approach, including cold calling, personalized emailing, and social selling on Linked In
- Strategic Analysis: You conduct deep potential analyses of target companies to understand their tech stack, pain points, and decision‑making structures
- Relationship Building: You build and maintain long‑term relationships with prospects who aren’t "sales‑ready" yet through consistent, value‑driven follow‑ups
- Customer Journey: You guide prospects through the early stages of the funnel, ensuring a high‑quality customer experience from the very first touchpoint
- Seamless Handover: You manage the "Lead‑to‑AE" process by providing Account Executives with detailed briefing notes, stakeholder maps, and pain‑point summaries
- Sales
Collaboration:
You schedule high‑quality discovery calls and product demos for the AE team to ensure a consistently full sales pipeline - CRM Management: You maintain meticulous records in our CRM
- Experience: You have some initial professional experience, ideally in sales or you have worked within the IT industry or have a strong personal interest in how modern businesses manage their digital foundations
- IT Infrastructure Affinity: You aren't just "tech‑savvy". You have a genuine interest in IT landscapes. You can quickly grasp concepts like cloud environments, networking, data centers, or cybersecurity, and you enjoy discussing these topics with a technical audience
- Communication
Skills:
You are a high‑energy communicator who can translate technical features into clear business value. You are comfortable engaging in high‑level conversations with IT Managers, Admins, and CTOs - Resilience & Drive: You possess a "hunter" mentality. You are persistent, proactive, and stay motivated even when dealing with long enterprise sales cycles or complex organizational structures
- Analytical Mindset: You enjoy the "detective work" of sales, researching a prospect's current IT stack and identifying specific pain points where our solution can provide a more stable or efficient infrastructure
- Modern Sales Tools: You are comfortable using digital tools to stay organized. Experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and Linked In Sales Navigator is a strong advantage
- Language
Skills:
You are fluent in German and have a professional command of English, enabling you to navigate the often English‑centric world of IT
