Your mission

As a Senior Test Automation Engineer
, you are a key player in one of our main products. You are a strong partner and mentor to the team’s other QA Engineers and our developer community across the Evident

IQ group. You take ownership of the conception, implementation, documentation, and execution of automated tests. Your holistic view of the software development lifecycle allows you to work closely with our architects, developers, and business roles in a cross-functional agile team. As a Senior Test Automation Engineer at Evident

IQ, you have a real impact on our products and actively drive and shape them daily.

• Work with stakeholders and the team to analyse requirements
• Develop and improve test automation frameworks
• Create and maintain comprehensive end-to-end automated tests, covering both backend and frontend components
• Investigate, debug, analyze and report failures while working closely with developers
• Create, maintain and manage comprehensive QA documentation
• Comprehensive experience of developing automation tests
• Strong background in Quality Assurance (methodologies and standards)
• Object-oriented coding capabilities (Java is strongly preferred)
• Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) of automation testing (Cucumber)
• Extensive experience with Selenide / Selenium Web Driver
• Working knowledge with automation testing frameworks (e.g. JUnit, TestNG)
• Working knowledge of API testing (e.g. Rest Assured, Wire Mock and other libraries supporting API testing)
• Basic experience and knowledge with performance testing
• Working knowledge of using
  environments in AWS
• Experience with the Git version control system
• Experience with issue tracking systems (e.g. JIRA)

• Experience with mobile testing
• Basic knowledge of security testing
• Experience working with microservice architecture
• Good knowledge of medical informatics or medical background knowledge
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
• Basic knowledge of .NET
