Step into this pivotal role and partner with our Site Leaders leadership team and managers (both local and global) to shape the people strategy for Germany and beyond.

Responsibilities
  • Be the go-to HR expert for our NI Germany site while making a global mark by contributing to transformative HR projects.
  • Collaborate closely with leaders to deliver data-driven insights across the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to career development.
  • Act as a trusted coach and partner empowering managers with actionable HR guidance that drives results.
  • Champion employee engagement and organizational excellence ensuring our culture stays at the heart of everything we do.
Who you are

You are an experienced HRBP with both strategic and operational mindset. Youre passionate about the well-being of our employees, our HR strategies and our constant process improvement. You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups or among diverse styles and position levels. You deal constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes.

For this Role You will Need

This isnt your typical HR gig. Youll work at the intersection of strategy, innovation and people leadership tackling both local and global challenges. Whether partnering with cross-functional teams or shaping global HR initiatives your work will help unlock the potential of every individual while driving meaningful business build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.

  • Proven experience supporting complex organizational structures and partnering with Senior Leaders
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
