Nuke Compositing Artist

Who we are:

We are looking for an experienced Nuke Compositing Artist (all genders) with a strong eye for visual design, realism, and overall image quality. You bring solid expertise in Nuke, hands‑on experience with Unreal Engine, and a strong motivation to further develop your skills in Unreal Lighting & Look Development.

• Take full ownership of compositing tasks in Nuke, including look development, integration of CG elements, camera and image effects, and ensuring a consistent, high‑quality final image.
• Collaborate closely with our Unreal Lighting Artists, supporting them with compositing‑ and image‑related topics and helping to build and maintain efficient comp setups and workflows.
• Maintain a holistic visual perspective across the entire pipeline — ensuring high standards in lighting, color, integration, and image consistency.
• Apply your compositing expertise directly within Unreal Engine, including tasks such as post‑processing, color balancing, and look refinement.

• Minimum 3 years of production experience, ideally in visualization, using Nuke and Unreal Engine.
• Strong proficiency in Nuke (multi‑pass compositing, AOV handling, color management, integration).
• Excellent visual judgment and a deep understanding of what makes an image believable.
• Strong motivation to further expand your skills in Unreal, lighting, and look development.
• A collaborative mindset, responsibility‑taking attitude, and willingness to share knowledge.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability in a fast‑changing production environment.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce).
• Passion for automotive, architectural, or product visualizations.
• Experience with Python scripting or other pipeline development tools.
