Product Marketing Manager for B2B SaaS portfolio ; Munich

In this role, you will own product positioning and go-to-market execution for new products and features in a B2B SaaS environment.

You will translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives and ensure successful launches across all market-facing teams.

You will work closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer-facing colleagues in a collaborative, pragmatic environment, combining strategic responsibility with hands-on execution and significant room to shape how things are done.

• Ownership of go-to-market strategies for new products and features, from positioning to launch execution
• Development of clear, customer‑centric messaging that highlights value, differentiation, and use cases
• Leadership of cross‑functional launch initiatives, ensuring alignment across product, marketing, and commercial teams.

• 5–7+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, or comparable roles within B2B SaaS
• Proven experience leading product or feature launches in growth‑oriented SaaS companies
• Strong understanding of GTM strategy, lifecycle marketing, product‑led growth, and enterprise sales cycles

• A high degree of autonomy and ownership in a business‑critical role
• Close collaboration with experienced colleagues across product, marketing, and commercial teams
