Yearly Salary: €100,000 - €110,000 (fixed range, annual gross)
Stock Options: €80,000- €120,000
Benefits: Up to €5,000 annually
Work Model: Full-Time, Hybrid (Munich, Germany)
Your RoleAs Head of Communications and Brand you lead our external and internal messaging, shape our corporate narrative, and amplify our brand presence. This strategic role is critical in telling our story, defining our voice, and building trust with all our stakeholders, including customers, employees, partners, and the media. You will be the person responsible for developing and executing a holistic strategy that aligns our communications with our business goals.

Communications and Public Relations
Develop and lead internal and external communications strategy
Translate complex technology and business topics into compelling content for press releases, articles, keynotes, and digital channels
Oversee media relations, acting as primary spokesperson and managing relationships with journalists and industry analysts
Create content for press releases, corporate announcements, speeches, and key external presentations
Brand Strategy & Management
Define, protect, and evolve brand identity, voice, and positioning across all channels
Ensure brand consistency through guidelines and cross-functional work with product, marketing, and sales
Lead development of a content system that drives Orbem's narrative across web, social, PR, and internal channels
Oversee brand-building initiatives including thought leadership and campaigns
Monitor brand health metrics and communications effectiveness
Internal Communications and Executive Support
Develop internal communications strategy that keeps the team informed, engaged, and aligned
Partner with executive leadership on public appearances, announcements, and investor relations
Manage all-hands meetings and internal forums to foster transparency
Team Leadership
Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of communications and brand specialists
Manage external PR and design agencies
Own communications budget
Culture & Values
Lead by example, promoting Orbem's values through actions and decisions
Contribute to a positive, inclusive environment where people do their best work
5+ years experience in Communications, Brand, or Content roles within fast-moving, technology-driven environments.
Experience leading a team (direct reports, not just dotted-line).
Track record developing and executing successful brand and communication strategies.
Exceptional content skills: you can craft compelling narratives and adapt them into impactful content across formats (press releases, thought leadership, website, social media, investor decks, internal storytelling).
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
