The TRATON GROUP is on an exciting transformation journey to redefine how we lead, learn, and develop talent across the organization. As Head of Talent Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our international Talent and Leadership strategy while driving cultural evolution and advancing Diversity & Inclusion. In this strategic leadership position, you will oversee Leadership Development, Learning, Talent Processes, Culture, D&I, Collaboration and Change Management.
You will lead an international team at TRATON Group HR to design a future-oriented Talent and Leadership Management framework, define roles and responsibilities, and establish the foundation for an integrated, modern learning and development architecture for the TRATON Group Functions. Furthermore, you will coordinate cross-brand initiatives across all these areas, thereby shaping the future Talent Management processes and products for the entire TRATON GROUP.
- Lead and manage the TRATON Group HR Talent Management team, assuming full disciplinary leadership responsibility.
- Responsible for managing all strategic Talent Management topics for the TRATON Group Functions, such as Talent & Succession Planning, Learning & Development, Culture, Leadership & Management Development and Diversity & Inclusion.
- Drive and support all Talent Management related cross-brand initiatives & collaboration projects within the TRATON GROUP, including the Group Talent Development Programs and Employee Engagement Survey.
- Contribute to overall HR strategy of Group HR in close collaboration with the HR Management Team.
- Ensure effective stakeholder management, including co-determination bodies, CHROs, top management including Truck Board, as well as external consultants and learning providers.
- Contribute to the HR digitalization strategy by supporting the optimization and development of the HR IT Ecosystem.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Personnel Development, Economics or other relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of work experience, of which at least three as a people leader
- Extensive experience in organizational, talent and/or leadership development, or related fields in an international, complex environment
- Excellent and proven leadership skills with the ability to align diverse interests across brands and functions as well as all leadership levels
- Self-driven, resilient, solution oriented, enjoying both strategic work and hands-on execution
- Strong project management skills and ability to deliver results while incorporating diverse perspectives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience from interacting with top management levels
- Open to international business trips to TRATON GROUP locations
- Excellent English skills (spoken and written);
German, Swedish and/or Portuguese is a plus but not required
