We are looking for our future Portfolio Delivery Manager, Marketing Operations for EMEA to join our Global Marketing Operations team in Ireland, the UK or Germany.

Resmed’s Global Marketing team is looking for a Portfolio Delivery Manager, Marketing Operations - EMEA to join our Global Marketing Operations organization. In this role, you will serve as the operational connector for the EMEA region, translating strategy into execution and ensuring seamless coordination between regional marketing teams and global partners.

You will oversee how marketing programs are planned, resourced, and delivered across EMEA. From budget governance and capacity planning to process improvement and campaign orchestration, you’ll ensure that our regional marketing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with business goals.

The ideal candidate is a strategic operator and relationship builder who thrives in complex, matrixed environments. You bring structure and clarity to dynamic teams, while keeping execution agile, audience-focused, and outcomes‑driven.

Success in this role requires balancing strategic alignment with hands‑on orchestration, acting as the single source of truth for regional operations, surfacing insights for leadership, and removing blockers so our marketing plans scale with speed and impact.

Let’s talk about Responsibilities:
  • Regional Planning & Governance
    Own and maintain the single source of truth for the EMEA marketing roadmap, sequencing, budgets. Align activities to long‑term business plans and annual priorities, ensuring transparency and accountability across teams.

  • Capacity & Resourcing Alignment
    Translate approved budgets into resource and capacity plans. Identify skill gaps, assess workload distribution, and recommend staffing or vendor support where needed.

  • Process & Tool Stewardship
    Champion standardized ways of working across marketing teams, ensuring consistent use of tools like Asana and Confluence to track, manage, and report on work.

  • Change Management & Continuous Improvement
    Onboard new teams to Resmed’s marketing delivery model, measure adoption, and drive ongoing refinements to improve efficiency and collaboration.

  • Cross‑Functional & Regional Facilitation
    Act as the bridge between EMEA, AMER, APAC, and global marketing functions. Coordinate with Product, Finance, Revenue, and other partners to align plans, priorities, and delivery timelines.

  • Performance Insights
    Publish regular “regional portfolio health” updates covering budget utilization, milestone progress, and risk visibility to help leadership make informed decisions.

  • Audience Strategy Integration
    Connect the dots across audience teams (Consumer, Provider, Brand, Communications). Lead integrated campaign planning, manage campaign calendars, and ensure every initiative has a clear brief, execution plan, and performance review.

  • Team Leadership & Development
    Manage and mentor a team of regional Project Managers. Provide guidance, remove barriers, and enable growth through clear expectations, regular feedback, and professional development. Ensure your team operates as an extension of Global Marketing Operations & PMO, aligned in approach, empowered in execution.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, portfolio management, or program delivery, ideally spanning both Agile and Waterfall approaches

  • Experience managing marketing portfolios or large, multi‑market programs

  • Proven experience managing and developing high‑performing teams, with a focus on coaching, clarity, and accountability

  • Hands‑on expertise with project management tools such as Asana, Confluence, or similar platforms

  • Strong facilitation and conflict‑resolution skills in complex, matrixed organizations
