Strategic Valuation & Modeling – Senior Manager / Director (m/f/d)

Are you a valuation expert with a strategic mindset and leadership ambition?

My client – a dynamic and fast-growing international advisory firm – is looking for a Senior Manager or Director to join their Strategic Valuation & Modeling team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead high-impact valuation projects and work closely with experts in corporate finance, transformation, and transaction services.

-Perform and review complex valuation models across various contexts (M&A, tax, accounting, etc.)

-Valuate companies, tangible & intangible assets, and strategic alternatives

-Provide fairness opinions to assess deal terms and structures

-Manage engagements end-to-end and act as the key client contact

-Deliver presentations and reports to high-level stakeholders

-Lead and mentor junior colleagues and build strong internal teams

-Contribute actively to business development and thought leadership

-Master's degree in business, economics, engineering or science

-6–8 years of experience in valuations, investment banking, corporate finance or strategy

-Strong financial and analytical skillset, plus a solid grasp of accounting

-A clear communicator with a structured mindset and sharp attention to detail

Good Excel & PowerPoint skils, confident in stakeholder communication

-Fluent in German and English C1

-Team leader with an entrepreneurial drive and experience managing smaller teams

-Eagerness to work cross-border and tackle international projects
