Senior Solution Delivery Manager

Are you a Senior Solution Delivery Manager with experience delivering complex software projects and working with enterprise clients?

We’re hiring a Senior Solution Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of innovative XR software solutions for global life sciences organisations. This is a senior, client-facing role focused on translating business objectives into high-impact immersive technology solutions while ensuring successful project delivery.

As Senior Solution Delivery Manager, you will oversee the delivery of complex XR software projects from initiation through to completion. Acting as the central connection between enterprise clients and multidisciplinary development teams, you will ensure alignment, manage risk, and drive delivery excellence.

You will operate in a fast-paced environment where emerging technologies, scientific applications, and customer value intersect.

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex XR software projects
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery milestones
• Ensure project outcomes align with both client objectives and internal standards
• Track progress and maintain transparency across project performance

• Lead cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product specialists
• Align priorities across technical and client-facing stakeholders
• Maintain strong execution standards and drive team accountability
• Support efficient collaboration across international teams

• Build strong relationships with enterprise clients through clear and professional communication
• Ensure client requirements and strategic goals are reflected in project delivery
• Drive high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnership growth

• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Maintain strong governance across scope, resources, and delivery expectations
• Ensure projects remain aligned with timelines and budgets

• Take ownership of selected product use cases in collaboration with Solution Management
• Contribute to product strategy and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support the development of immersive XR solutions that deliver measurable impact

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing software project management or product delivery
• Proven track record delivering complex projects for enterprise clients
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in international environments

• Degree in Information Technology, Economics, a scientific discipline, or a related field

• Strong understanding of software delivery methodologies and project management frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
• Strong stakeholder communication and client management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

• Background in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or medical technology
• Experience with extended reality technologies including VR, AR, or MR
• Experience working with immersive training or scientific simulation solutions
