Scrum Master

Overview

We are looking for a Scrum Master at our Munich, Germany Location.

You will be part of product development program for our automotive-qualified firmware. Depending on your experience level, you will be the servant leader of one or multiple Scrum teams within our scaled agile development framework (SAFe).

• You manage agile ceremonies according to Scrum and SAFe and you empower the team to relentlessly improve these processes
• You coach your Scrum team in effective application of agile practices and you manage personal and professional growth of all team members individually
• You actively support your Scrum team with resolving impediments in a self-organized way – if required you push the organization in order to remove structural impediments
• You help the system team with establishing a Dev Ops culture across team boundaries
