Title: Global Test Hardware & Logistics Coordinator
Summary: In this role, you are responsible for the planning, setup coordination, documentation and shipment coordination of test racks and ECUs used across multiple global testing locations.
You act as the central interface between international testing teams and project stakeholders, ensuring hardware availability and smooth operational flow.
You lead a small team that sets up racks, manages parts, and provides on-site as well as remote support.
With your organized and proactive working style, you ensure transparent communication, efficient coordination, and reliable delivery of all hardware-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a small team (2–3) of hardware experts.
- Collect, consolidate, and clarify hardware and rack requirements from stakeholders.
- Manage ECU and hardware orders using systems such as ICLNext and APLAUS, ensuring timely orders and delivery.
- Organize and coordinate worldwide shipments of racks, ECUs, and project-related equipment.
- Participate in regular alignment meetings to provide status updates and address support requests.
- Maintain documentation and configuration overviews in Confluence and other internal systems.
- Knowledge of automotive ECUs, test racks, and electronic components.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, ICLNext, and APLAUS is beneficial.
- Ability to understand and interpret hardware configurations and platform variants.
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional and international coordination.
- German: C1 and English: C1 are mandatory.
