Location: Munich, Baierbrunn – on‑site in the Quality Assurance department.

Role Overview: The Supervisor Manufacturing Quality is responsible for overseeing and managing the quality‑control processes within the manufacturing facility to ensure that products meet the established quality standards and specifications before release to the market.

• Lead, develop and maximize team capabilities to support departmental and business‑unit objectives.
• Be accountable for the performance and results of the quality‑technician team.
• Establish and maintain local quality requirements (procedures and standards) for product manufacturing in alignment with global requirements and international standards.
• Ensure own and team activities comply with the BEC process.
• Impact and ensure product compliance.
• Define team priorities to ensure organizational operational success.

• Demonstrated history of effective team leadership.
• Proven professional experience in quality control and quality assurance (preferred in medical technology, automotive industry or mechanical engineering).
• Strong written and verbal German and English communication skills.
