Key Responsibilities

• Lead all financial, controlling, and accounting functions

• Oversee group consolidation, treasury, tax, and performance management for multiple business units.
• Drive the implementation and optimization of SAP to enhance financial visibility, control, and operational efficiency.

Profile Requirements

• 15+ years of senior finance leadership experience within FMCG, retail, or consumer goods sectors.
• Demonstrated success in M&A execution, SAP implementation, and financial transformation

• Strong international exposure and experience managing multi‑country operations or global retail environments.
• Fluent in English
  ; proficiency in German and/or another European language is highly desirable.
