Financial Accountant; m​/f​/d

Your Mission

We are looking for a dedicated
Financial Accountant (m/f/d) who is eager to take on the challenge of accurately and reliably managing Rob Co’s ongoing accounting processes — supporting our mission to become the leading provider of automation solutions for SMEs across Europe.

With over €50 million in funding from renowned VCs such as Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed, as well as the founders of UiPath, Helsing, Pitch, and other successful companies, we are well‑positioned to realize our vision — and for that, we need the best talent.

Your responsibilities include:

• Posting of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank transactions, including account maintenance and reconciliation

• Preparation and execution of payment runs

• Monitoring customer payments and supporting the dunning process

• Maintaining internal document filing with great attention to detail

• Supporting digitalization projects, the implementation of new finance software, and the further development of our ERP system

• Optionally, assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification

• Initial experience in accounting, ideally in a fast-growing or international environment, is an advantage – but numerically minded career changers with an interest in accounting are also very welcome!

• Knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) accounting principles is a plus

• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage

• Confident use of MS Office, ideally with basic knowledge of an accounting software

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines reliably

• Team-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

• Very good command of both German and English, written and spoken
