Position Summary:

As a  Warehouse Associate , you will be a key individual contributor within our Fulfilment & Logistics Operations Execution team. This frontline role involves actively managing and executing inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment activities in a hands-on environment. You will support daily business operations by directly performing tasks such as transporting and loading/unloading cargo, fulfilling orders, and various other warehouse duties. Your work will be crucial in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, in accordance with established schedules, SOPs, quality standards, and HSE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily warehouse operations, including  receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and shipping  of goods.
Load and unload  cargo safely and efficiently, using appropriate equipment and following established procedures.
Accurately  fulfill customer orders  according to specifications and timelines.
Maintain  accurate inventory records  through diligent counting and proper storage practices.
Operate warehouse equipment, such as  forklifts, pallet jacks , or other machinery, as required (training may be provided if necessary).
Adhere strictly to all  safety protocols and procedures  to maintain a secure working environment.
Ensure  cleanliness and organization  of the warehouse space.
Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and problem resolution.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards for all tasks.
Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar operational environment is a plus, but  entry-level candidates are welcome to apply .
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Familiarity with warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) is an advantage.
Basic understanding of inventory management principles is beneficial.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
Commitment to safety guidelines and company policies.
