Main Accountabilities Manage daily secondary placements across 59 depots PAN India to ensure efficient and timely stock distribution.
Control and optimize secondary freight costs by identifying savings opportunities and negotiating with freight carriers.
Continuously realign the depot network to enhance logistical efficiency.
Appoint and manage transporters at various depot locations to expand the carrier network and improve availability.
Behavioral Competencies Make decisions aligned with Bunge's global strategy , financial goals, and innovation roadmap.
Build and maintain strong relationships and networks , influence effectively, and nurture talent.
Develop data-driven strategies and energize teams through clear, compelling communication.
Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP tools .
Familiar with AI technologies in logistics and their practical applications.
Up-to-date with emerging logistics technologies and implementation practices.
Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook and various logistics/communication apps.
Education & Experience Education :
Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations (preferred)
Experience :
10+ years of experience in logistics
Strong communication , writing , and presentation skills
Proven analytical abilities
