Skill:
Shipping/ Freight forwarding experience is mandatory.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Representing the project as a FF/Logistic expert.
An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills, strong. analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
Experience of leading teams with high visibility and performance driven.
People Management, Conflict management and Influencing Skills.
Working closely with Customer, multiple stakeholders to set up and establish an ocean Logistics / Freight forwarder team.
Should be able to proactively drive internal initiatives with high sense of urgency.
Work towards deadlines and deliver quality outputs within timeline.
