Role Description

This is an on-site internship role located in Mumbai for a Talent Manager at Purnam Talent Management. The role involves managing relationships with athletes, sports professionals, and brand partners.

Act as the primary advisor for athletes on their social media presence, helping them decide what to post and when to post to build a credible personal brand.

coordinating campaigns, creating and overseeing sponsorship deals, managing talent portfolios, and providing strategic career guidance to clients. Additionally, contributing to brand partnership strategies and ensuring their successful execution will be integral to the role.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with athletes, brands, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in negotiation, relationship management, and teamwork to foster successful collaborations.
- Knowledge of marketing, branding, and sponsorship strategies with a creative approach to developing opportunities for talent and clients.
- Organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail to manage events, schedules, and campaigns.
- A passion for sports and familiarity with the sports industry is highly advantageous.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
