Responsibilities:
Conduct personal training sessions tailored to client goals (weight loss, muscle gain, mobility, strength, etc.).
Assess clients' fitness levels, create customized workout plans, and track progress.
Demonstrate exercises with correct form and ensure safe training practices.
Provide guidance on fitness concepts such as strength training, endurance, flexibility, recovery, and nutrition basics.
Motivate and support clients in achieving their fitness goals.
Stay updated with the latest trends and knowledge in health & fitness.
Requirements:
Based In Mumbai
Proven experience as a fitness coach/personal trainer.
Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and training techniques.
Ability to understand client needs and adapt programs accordingly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications (ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent) preferred.
