Leap Gymnastics Academy (LGA)  is a pioneering initiative by  JSW Sports , India's leading pure-play sports organization with a decade-long legacy in athlete development and high-performance sport. Founded in October 2022, Leap is built on the belief that:

With a program structure tailored for Indian physiology and led by elite global and domestic coaches, LGA operates three centers in Mumbai and one in Delhi, currently training over 1,000 gymnasts. Backed by world-class infrastructure, LGA aims to democratize access to gymnastics for children across India while also creating a pathway for elite-level training in the mid to long term.

Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and skilled  Gymnastics Coach  who is passionate about youth development and high-quality training. The coach will be responsible for planning and delivering safe, engaging, and progressive training sessions for gymnasts of varying age groups and abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver age-appropriate training programs across beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels
Conduct individual and group sessions, offering personalized feedback and technical instruction
Monitor and assess gymnast progress, identifying areas for improvement and goal setting
Ensure safe use of equipment and maintain a supportive, positive training environment
Communicate clearly with athletes, parents, and support staff to align on training plans and progress
Participate in the planning and execution of events, internal showcases, and competitions
Stay updated on global trends, coaching methods, and safety protocols in gymnastics
Support LGA's mission to instill discipline, confidence, and foundational physical literacy in young athletes

Required Qualifications & Skills
Prior experience as a gymnastics coach, instructor, or in a related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire young athletes
Commitment to safety, discipline, and long-term athlete development
Passion for grassroots sport and child-centered learning

Preferred (Not Mandatory)
National/International coaching certification in Gymnastics
Experience working in structured youth programs or academies
