Rigger Foreman

Summary:
The Rigger Foreman supervises and coordinates all rigging and lifting operations on site, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of work. This role leads rigging crews, plans lifts, inspects equipment, and enforces safety standards in coordination with crane operators and site management.
Key Duties:
Supervise rigging crews and daily lifting operations
Plan and oversee safe lifting activities
Inspect rigging equipment and lifting gear
Enforce safety procedures and PPE compliance
Coordinate with crane operators and supervisors
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
Requirements:
Experience as a Rigger Foreman or Senior Rigger
Strong knowledge of rigging and lifting operations
Relevant rigging/lifting certification
Leadership and safety-focused mindset
