Prepare and review Biodiversity Management Plans (BMPs), Biodiversity Action Plans (BAPs), and Ecological Impact Assessments (EIA)
Support ESIA/EIA studies with biodiversity and ecosystem services inputs
Identify potential project impacts on flora, fauna, and ecosystems and recommend mitigation and enhancement measures
Ensure compliance with national environmental laws and international standards (IFC PS6, World Bank ESS6, CBD, IUCN guidelines)
Coordinate with government authorities, forest departments, NGOs, and local communities
Participate in field surveys, including site inspections and monitoring activities
Assist in environmental permitting and clearance processes
Contribute to ESG, sustainability, and nature-positive strategies for clients
