Roles and Responsibilities
· Support new product development across the product categories, including pastry, bakery,
desserts, sandwiches, savouries, chocolate, and beverages
· Study market trends and contribute to ideation
· Recipe development, documentation, and costing
· Define product presentation standards
· Create SOPs to product ionise standard recipes on a large scale
· Train the production teams on standard recipes and SOPs
· Supporting marketing in development of product descriptions, packaging, photo shoots, and
product demo videos.
Candidate Profile -:
· Hotel Management graduate with 7-8 years of experience in five-star hotels and/or
premium food retail
· Strong experience in pastry and bakery
· Exposure to hot & cold kitchen and general management of kitchen
· Skills & Attitude
· Strong alignment to Values & ethical principles
· Strong technical understanding in pastry making and bakery
