Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive - Documentation, located in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include handling and managing all documentation related processes specifically related to clinical trial documentation, preparing reports, maintaining & organizing records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves maintaining precise document management coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and facilitating uninterrupted documentation processes to support smooth business operations.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in clinical trial documentation, understanding of clinical research & scientific concepts
Excellent writing skills with clear, concise & accurate writing style.
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills along with precision in grammar, formatting, referencing & data presentation ensuring consistency in documents
Experience 2
-3 years
Understanding of guidelines ICH - GCP, NDCT
Managing multiple timelines, multiple documents, working on different clinical research document types.
Soft skills that enhance medical writing- patience, curiosity, professionalism & problem solving mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Lifesciences or related field
Previous experience in similar role or in clinical research industry mainly in CRO dealing with cosmetics, dietary supplements or drug trials is advantageous.
