Execute plans for ordering and replenishment for regular trading days, promotions and key events ensuring availability for stores consistently by working very closely with vendors and distribution centre.
Conduct periodic reviews of vendor performance on deliveries and fill rates, channels and order calendars to improve availability and stockholding.
Prepare and conduct weekly review of KPIs availability, stockholding and pick and ship rates.
Deliver right stocks to Distribution Centre and they ensure they feel fully communicated.
Coordinate with key stake holders in stores and HO to ensure right feedback is taken and given for corrective actions and timely completion of tasks.
Manage documentation of stocks and assets movements to ensure accurate book management process.
Visit stores in the region to take feedback and improve service.
Improve processes and system continuously using innovative thinking and problem resolution skills.
Closely work with the DC and Hub Picking team and engage with stakeholders in the store team to run operations smoothly.
